This Looked Like A Piece of Garbage. I Was Shocked At What It Turned Into!

The Quebec Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) found this poor pup and rescued him. When the pup was found, he had so much extra fur and dust that he was completely unrecognizable as a puppy.

Only through proper grooming and care did he resemble his old self.
